Best first move
Use one broad pass to choose the category, then compare similar items in a small shortlist. Do not keep opening new tabs until you have checked the same details across the first few options.

Step 1: choose your browsing mode
Do not start by opening every interesting link. First decide whether you are exploring broadly, comparing one category, or checking a specific item type. That decision tells you where to click first.
- Use the main BBDBuy page when you are still exploring.
- Use a category page when you already know the product family.
- Use a guide page when you need to decide which product family should come first.
Step 2: open one category and define the comparison
A shoe search may depend on sole shape and sizing. A bag search may depend on dimensions and hardware. A hoodie search may depend on weight, cut and print placement. Write down the two or three details that matter before opening more tabs.
Step 3: shortlist before widening the search
Keep the first pass small. Open a few listings in the same category, reject weak matches quickly, and only widen the search when your shortlist is too thin. This keeps the session focused and makes comparisons more useful.
A simple comparison checklist before you open more tabs
- For shoes, compare outsole shape, sizing notes and overall proportions first.
- For bags, compare dimensions, strap setup, interior layout and visible hardware.
- For hoodies, compare fabric weight, shoulder drop, body length and print placement.
- For bottoms, compare rise, inseam, taper and how the fabric hangs in motion.
- For accessories, compare use case, closure, finish and daily practicality before novelty.
Step 4: do a final trust and fit review
A clean category page can make browsing easier, but it cannot replace your own final checks. Before acting on a listing, confirm measurements, product details, seller reliability, shipping expectations, legality and platform rules.
When to use the main page and when to stay inside a category
| If this sounds like you | Use this page first | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| You are still looking around | Main BBDBuy page | It gives you a wider view before you settle on one category. |
| You already know the product family | Matching category page | It cuts out items you were never going to compare. |
| You keep losing track after opening many tabs | Pause and return to one checklist | It gives you a clear next step before you open more results. |
| You have a shortlist but are unsure what to trust | Review measurements and listing details | The final decision should come from concrete details, not the category label alone. |

Quick troubleshooting
- If everything looks interesting, your category is still too broad.
- If two items cannot be compared with the same criteria, separate them into different passes.
- If you are choosing only by the first image, slow down and check the details that affect fit or use.
- If a page does not explain where a link goes, prefer a clearer category route.
