Short version
We record where a claim comes from, when a link was checked and which facts remain unknown. A navigation link is never presented as proof of quality, authenticity or seller reliability.
What we record during a page review
- The page URL and the destination each outbound link is meant to reach.
- The review date and whether the check used the visible page, an HTTP request or both.
- Whether the destination label matches the route, category and purpose described here.
- Which time-sensitive details—such as price, availability or shipping terms—were not independently verified.
How link status is described
| Status | Meaning | What readers should do |
|---|---|---|
| Open | The intended page loaded during the dated check. | Still confirm the listing details before acting. |
| Access restricted | An automated request was blocked or challenged, so the page body was not verified. | Open it in a browser and check that the destination matches. |
| Broken | The destination returned an error or no longer matched the link label. | Do not rely on it; report the mismatch. |
| Not checked | No current evidence has been recorded. | Treat availability and all listing details as unknown. |
Evidence rules for product-related details
Prices need a currency, source and date. QC observations need images tied to the same item. Measurements, materials, variants, ratings and seller history must be visible in a source before they are described as facts. Missing information stays unknown; it is not filled in from a similar listing or a generic template.
Independence and outbound handoff
BBDBuySheet is an independent guide. It does not claim official affiliation with BBDBuy or Findsindex, sell products, take payments or control third-party listings. The purchase decision, transaction and support relationship happen outside this site.
Corrections and page consolidation
Reports of broken links, wrong category matches or unsupported wording are reviewed against the cited source. A correction should change both the visible wording and any matching structured data. Similar pages are merged or redirected only after checking whether they still serve a distinct reader need; pages are not removed in bulk without traffic, link or indexing evidence.
What you should still check yourself
Confirm product details, measurements, seller information, legality, shipping, platform rules and every purchase-related choice on the destination. This guide narrows the route; it does not replace due diligence.
